My Story

Aparajita Jain

Certified Yoga Instructor and Psychotherapist

Healing found me first—not as a teacher, not as a guide, but as a tired, overwhelmed woman trying to hold everything together.

I’m a mom of two, and like many women, motherhood cracked me open in ways I never expected. It brought immense love, yes—but also anxiety, self-doubt, identity loss, and a quiet ache I couldn’t explain. I looked “fine” on the outside, yet inside I was disconnected from myself. Somewhere between caring for everyone else, I forgot how to care for me.

My healing journey didn’t begin with having answers. It began with pausing… breathing… and allowing myself to be seen and supported. Through yoga, breathwork, and deep inner work rooted in psychology and ancient wisdom, I slowly came back home to myself. Not perfectly. Not overnight. But honestly.

Today, I hold space for others walking a similar path—especially women and mothers who feel stuck, exhausted, anxious, or lost in transition. I don’t believe healing is about “fixing” you. I believe it’s about remembering who you are beneath the layers of survival, expectations, and self-criticism.

If you’re here, something in you is already ready for change. And you don’t have to walk that path alone.

What to expect in your first session

Your first session is a gentle, no-pressure space to connect. We’ll talk about what you’re currently struggling with—emotionally, mentally, or energetically—and what you’re longing for instead. You’ll experience simple grounding or breath-based practices (nothing forced or overwhelming), and together we’ll explore whether working together feels aligned for both of us.

This session isn’t about diagnoses or quick fixes. It’s about clarity, safety, and trust—so you can decide if this journey feels right for you.

If my story resonates, I’d be honoured to meet you where you are and walk beside you as you heal, reconnect, and reclaim yourself—one breath, one step at a time.
